Iliya Gyurov expelled from BNU/KUBRAT YOUTH
To the attention of all Kubrat brothers and sisters!
As of April 8, 2026 / Tvirem 7535, the former Leader of KUBRAT YOUTH, Iliya Gyurov, is dismissed from his position and expelled from all structures of the party.
This decision was made by me, Boyan Rasate, in my capacity as Leader of BNU (Bulgarian National Union), after hearing the Disciplinary Council and the UNANIMOUS opinions of the DC members in a composition determined by the rules of the Organization:

At its meeting, the Disciplinary Council DECIDED: – For his willful intention to participate in a SEC (Sectional Election Commission) from the quota of the political party "Alliance for Rights and Freedoms," headed by Ahmed Dogan, dismisses Iliya Gyurov from the position of Chief Leader of KUBRAT YOUTH and decrees that his leadership badge and membership patch be revoked;
– For gross violation of discipline, namely failing to decline participation in the SEC as ordered by the Leader of BNU, EXPELS Iliya Gyurov from BNU/KUBRAT YOUTH!
I assign Kubrat Georgi Bonev to demand from Gyurov all symbols and documents that connect him with BNU/KUBRAT YOUTH! Deadline for execution: April 10, 2026 / Tvirem 7535. The decision is final and not subject to appeal.
HISTORY OF THE "Gyurov" CASE
Before the problem escalated, Kubrat Iliya Gyurov was notified that his decision to be part of a commission for the upcoming parliamentary elections from a quota of a party other than BNU is in conflict with the ideological principles of BNU/KUBRAT YOUTH! Gyurov did not take into account the opinion of his comrades and refused to fulfill the order of the Leader of the Organization that our members must not participate in any way in the electoral lists or in any other quota of other parties!
Consequently, he made the decision not to attend the National Assembly of the Organization, which would have prevented him from earning 150 € as a commission member from the quota of APS (initially reported as BSP). All attempts to talk with Gyurov regarding the resulting situation were deflected by him. Instead, in contradiction with the ideological and guiding principles of the Organization, Gyurov issued an order which necessitated that he be censored and his access to publish on our social networks be restricted. After that, driven by irresponsibility and a desire to cause harm, Iliya Gyurov deleted the KUBRAT YOUTH group on Telegram.
These actions of his made it necessary to convene a Disciplinary Council to review his behavior and rule on it.
In response, Gyurov decided to announce that he was leaving the Organization in order to preempt the decision of the Disciplinary Council, which he sensed would not be in his favor.
With his actions, Iliya Gyurov demonstrated insubordination to the leadership, disrespect toward his comrades, and violated all our basic ideological principles - DISCIPLINE, COMRADESHIP, AND UNITY OF COMMAND!
The circumstances that unfolded, albeit with bitterness, left me no choice, and after hearing the Disciplinary Council, I made the decision for Iliya Gyurov to be expelled from all structures of the Bulgarian National Union and KUBRAT YOUTH!
This took place on April 8, 2026 / Tvirem 7535.
